Wednesday was "conference" day at IYC, with a full slate of options for high school students, college age individuals, and YMI (Youth Ministry Institute) for youth workers.
At dinner I enjoyed a special meal for Senior Pastors hosted by Ronald Duncan and our colleges. A relatively small event, but a valuable time for networking. And, a decent meal compared to the regular convention fare.
The evening service focused on the healing aspect of grace. Music was led by a fresh, original worship artist, Jami Smith. The message was a powerful story delivered by Debbie Morris, a victim of a vicious attack by the culprit featured in the movie, Dead Man Walking.
Got to get to bed. Our service project begins at 7am!
